Team Coaching
Your team is navigating something complex - maybe a transition, a persistent challenge, or the question of how to work together more effectively.
Team coaching creates space for teams to think together about how they work - their shared values, their patterns, and what they want to create together. Teams that engage in this work are often taking on new challenges, working through conflict or transitions, or creating conditions that allow everyone to do their best work.
Who I work with
Teams engaging in this work are often:
Healthcare teams navigating system change, building psychological safety, or working to sustain themselves while serving their communities
Leadership teams stepping into new roles together, navigating conflict or competing priorities, or creating the culture they want to lead from
Project teams building something new, working across organizational boundaries, or creating alignment around shared goals
Clinical and operational teams balancing patient care with administrative demands, managing transitions, or strengthening how they work together under pressure
The common thread: teams ready to create the conditions that allow them to do their best work together.
How we work together
Team coaching engagements are typically 6- to 12-month partnerships.
The work begins with understanding your team - the system you're part of, the impact you're working to create, and what success looks like for this specific team. Together with team leaders and sponsors, we co-create the structure that will serve your team's needs.
Most engagements include full-day in-person sessions where the team can think together without the pull of daily work. Between these sessions, monthly 90-minute virtual coaching conversations create space for the team to bring their most pressing challenges and work through them together.
Team leaders need their own support. Regular individual leadership coaching sessions create space for leaders to navigate both the complexities of the team's work and their own growth as leaders.
What this looks like
Each team coaching engagement is co-created based on the team's specific needs. Most engagements include:
6- to 12-month partnership with the team
Full-day in-person kickoff and periodic retreats
Monthly 90-minute team coaching sessions (usually virtual)
Monthly 60-minute leadership coaching with the team leader(s) (usually virtual)
Leadership team coaching sessions as needed (usually virtual)
What you'll invest
Team coaching investments vary based on team size and specific needs. Let's have a conversation about your team and what would serve you best.
What happens next
I'd welcome a conversation about your team - what you're navigating and what you're hoping to create.
