Design your path

You know something needs to change.

In your schedule, yes. In your boundaries, certainly. And more deeply, in how you show up as a leader in healthcare.

You're committed to the fundamental values of Canadian healthcare - equity, access, and care that puts patients first. And you can see clearly where the system isn't living up to those values.

You are part of making it better and want a greater impact. You know that requires something different within you - a new way of leading, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and the courage to value your own wellbeing as much as you value patient outcomes.

This is where coaching comes in.

A partnership that supports you in doing the inner work required to lead in new ways - to navigate complexity with clarity, to influence with or without formal authority, and to build systems that serve everyone better, including you.

You're ready for a thinking partnership

You know what you need: space to think, someone who asks the questions that help you find your own way.

You're looking for someone who:

  • Asks questions to help you see challenges and opportunities in new ways

  • Trusts you have the wisdom to find your path forward

  • Creates confidential space where you can think without judgment

  • Believes in your ability to find sustainable paths through complexity

Who I am

Hello, I'm Cecile Andreas. I spent 30 years in clinical practice before transitioning to coaching in 2014. Throughout my medical career, I explored ways to optimize clinical work and navigate leadership within complex healthcare systems. This background means I understand healthcare from the inside - not just as an observer, but as someone who lived the complexity, felt the system strain, and knows what it means to care deeply about the impact of the work we do.

For more than a decade, I've worked with healthcare professionals across Canada - physicians, nurses, operational and clinical leaders - supporting them as they navigate the unique challenges of leading, thriving, and sometimes surviving in healthcare systems.

My approach is grounded in:

  • Positive psychology, values, and strengths-based coaching

  • Deep respect for the complexity you're navigating

  • Belief in your capacity to find your own way forward

  • Commitment to sustainable leadership - for you and for the system

Like you, I value continuous learning. I hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation, reflecting thousands of hours of coaching practice and demonstrated mastery, and a Master's degree in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Royal Roads University (RRU), where my research focused on the impact of coaching on the well-being of women physicians in Canada.

I work virtually with clients across Canada (and beyond), which means you can have coaching support wherever you are.

Let's explore working together

If you're reading this and thinking "yes, this resonates" - or even "I'm curious, but not sure" - I'd welcome a conversation.

I offer a complimentary 30-minute exploratory conversation. We'll talk about what you're navigating, explore what you're hoping for, and consider how coaching might support that journey. You'll leave with clarity about your next steps.
